Finally AT&T has announced that they will start to upgrade their 3G network across America. The announcement is highly welcome by loyal users of the iPhone who have been suffering from terrible connections and dropped calls in many rural areas. AT&T said they will be upgrading their network starting this year and should be complete by 2011. This means that the AT&T network will be rolling on HSPA 7.2 technology allowing for 3G data speeds of up to 7.2Mbps. This also means that metropolitan areas will see 4G LTE data access by 2012 which means an even faster web.
