J.P. Morgan Chase will let employees use other devices such as the iPhone for corporate messaging and email. This marks the first time of Wall Street institution to allow phones other than research in Motion’s BlackBerry for its communications. Using Google’s Android operating system, the New York-based financial company has been testing the Apple device. The financial institutions requires a keeping of stringent records of emails and communications and needs reassurance that smartphones such as iPhones can route all messages over the bank’s own technical infrastructure.
